A vibrant cafeteria mural with a dual purpose. This artistic transformation boasts their school pride, values, positive representation and togetherness. It also serves as a space that can utilize art and environment as a mechanism for wellness. Along the mural are multiple stations in which to prompt students to breathe slowly, find balance, set intentions of gratitude for themselves and nature, then concluding by making a wish under the shooting star as their mascot Tenacious the Tiger watches over them. Whether it be an engaging experience to reward good behavior or a way to appropriately regulate bad behavior, it gives staff the ability to incentivize the space outside of cafeteria use.
